This means amongst other things that Insanity’s new station manager and assistant station manager (Charlie Pagliero and Sarah Honeycombe) have not been voted in, and those positions will remain vacant until the by-election at the end of next term.

This has caused some controversy and as such, over 50 people have signed to request an emergency general meeting be held, which will happen tomorrow, the 26th of March, at 3PM in the Student’s Union main hall.

The general meeting will be focusing on the issue of ratification of the elections, so come along if you want to make sure your opinion is heard. It shouldn’t take long, and a strong turnout will help make sure any decision made is in the interests of the student body.
